Material preparation: The main material of WPC fence is wood plastic composite (WPC), which is a mixture of plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene or polyvinyl chloride and waste plant fibers such as wood powder and rice husk. According to needs, PE wood plastic or PVC wood plastic materials can be selected. PE wood plastic has excellent waterproof and anti-corrosion properties, but poor anti-oxidation and anti-photodecomposition capabilities; while PVC wood plastic has better processability and appearance effects.

Packaging and transportation: After the quality inspection is qualified, the fence is properly packaged for easy transportation and storage. The packaging material should be moisture-proof and shock-proof.
